"Decent, but a little pricey"
It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t really complain too much. I just feel like it costs a bit more than it should for what you get

"Covers my 4x4 well"
I’ve been using this in my 4x4 and it covers the space well. I asked support about the spread before buying and they basically said it should reach the edges better than my old setup, and that’s been true so far. Even the corners are getting decent light now.

"Does the job, but gets too warm"
The light works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but it runs warmer than I expected. For the price, it’s okay, but the heat is annoying enough that I’m not totally thrilled with it.

The light does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much there. But the build quality is just kind of okay. The casing feels decent enough and it’s not falling apart or anything, but a few parts do feel cheaper than I expected for the price. Nothing has broken so far, and I don’t have the energy to deal with returns or customer service over it. It’s fine if you’re not expecting something premium, but I wouldn’t call it super sturdy.

"Nice light... but wow, that fan is loud!!"
The light itself is actually good!!! It works well and looks nice enough, but the fan noise can get annoying after a while... sometimes it’s just way louder than I expected!!

Light works fine and the dimming does what it should, but the controls feel basic. I wish it were easier to adjust and a bit smoother to set up. Once you get used to it, it’s okay, just not super convenient. Decent for the price, could be more user-friendly

My tomatoes perked up quickly after I started using it, which feels like a good sign. The light does run a little warm, though, so I’ve been keeping an eye on it. Overall, I’m happy with the growth so far, it seems like they’re doing well, doesn’t it?

"I had an issue with my light..."
I had an issue with my light so I reached out to viparspectra about the warranty and it was way easier than I expected, they got back to me quickly and didn’t turn it into some big hassle, I just sent over the info they asked for and they took care of it. Really happy with how smooth the support was and I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Setup Was Fine, But the Instructions Nearly Took Me Out"
I did get it set up in the end, and it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but wow, the instructions could definitely be clearer. Some parts were super easy, so I was feeling confident, and then suddenly the timer settings had me questioning every choice I’ve ever made. It works fine now, thankfully, but the setup took longer than I expected and was just kind of average overall.

Swapped this in after my old light was always getting way too warm. First thing I noticed... not nearly as much heat. I checked it a few times, kind of expecting it to heat up, but nope. Temps stayed low. Simple upgrade, honestly.

"Fast shipping and everything worked out"
I ordered from Viparspectra and just went with my gut on it. Shipping ended up being faster than I expected, and I got the tracking email quickly after placing the order.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking didn’t update much at first, so I was kind of wondering what was going on. But my instinct was right, it showed up in a few days, packaged fine, and overall I’m happy with the experience.

"Solid light without the sneaky power hit"
I’ve been using my viparspectra light for a few months now, i was expecting my electric bill to creep up way more than it did. Some lights make it sound like they’re efficient, then your bill tells a different story, but this one hasn’t been like that. My plants are looking healthy, so no complaints there. Setup took me a little longer than I expected, but once it was up and running, it’s been a good buy overall.

"Great packaging, but the wait was frustrating"
My order from viparspectra.com finally showed up, the waiting was annoying. I kept checking for updates and it felt like it took longer than it should have. But once it arrived, I have to say the packaging was really solid. The box had no dents, everything inside was protected well, and nothing was loose or broken. So I’m happy with how it arrived, even if getting it was a bit frustrating

"Really good support help"
I had a small issue with my order, and support got back to me quick, quick. They explained what was going on and got it fixed without making it a big hassle. The timing wasn’t perfect, but overall it was good service, really good.
